on her Distinguished Alumna Award 
from the Univ. of Memphis

  • Dr. Marguerite Cooper (Chemistry) was honored with a Distinguished Alumna Award from the University of Memphis on 14 April 2007 at a black-tie gala at the Gibson Guitar Factory.  Dr. Cooper, who has taught at CBU for 30 years, was the first woman to get a Ph.D. in chemistry at the Univ. of Memphis.
