2nd Annual Halloween Lunchtime Concert
Alfonso Dining Hall, Thomas Center 12 noon to 1:15 p.m. The performing group, "Death Warmed Over" boasts the motto: "We can butcher ANY song!" Members of the group included: Dr. Beth Nelson (Behavioral Science), Garrett Smithson ('05), Jonathan Miller ('05), and Dr. Stan Eisen (Biology). This was a charity fundraiser. Donations were accepted to benefit LeBonheur Children's Medical Center (more than $100 was raised).

Halloween Costume Challenge A challenge was issued from the faculty & staff of the School of Engineering to the faculty & staff of the School of Sciences to see how many faculty would attend the benefit concert in costume. We think it was probably a tie... but the judge (the representative from LeBonheur) couldn't identify many of the costumed participants so he thought Engineering won the contest.
