  • Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1967
  • EdS from the Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. in 2002
  • Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2006

Professional Engineer (PE) and currently hold licenses in the following states: 

  • Tennessee - Professional Engineer (Retired)
  • Mississippi - Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor
