Lab Focus

We conduct research in a variety of habitats, assessing how plant populations and communities respond to disturbances. Our lab examines community shifts in response to flooding, long-term demography of forest herbs, and how facilitation influences exotic invasive spread in the Southeastern US.

Field Season is quickly approaching with one project already complete. The Trillium demography data has been collected and now we are waiting on the Microstegium for the labs newest student Cathy Thorn!
